Is free Coin a multi blockchain token…

Is free Coin a multi blockchain token for buyers ? Or just for the developers ? FREE COIN website said that I can only exchange my FREE COIN TRC tokens on POLONIDEX and STEX. I love the coin. But I'm worried about liquidity. Polonidex is risky. FREE COIN has a lot of potential for improvement.
