Step-by-step guide:

Register for the Bittrex website, by creating an account.
Complete your KYC.
Deposit your HYDRO tokens to your Bittrex account.
Bittrex will pause HYDRO deposits and withdrawals on May 26^th, 2020, at 17:00:00 UTC, so make sure that you’ve deposited HYDRO to Bittrex before that.
Bittrex will then take a snapshot of the user’s HYDRO balances on May 26th, 18:00:00 UTC.
You will get 1 PHNX token for every 100 HYDRO tokens.
Trading of HYDRO will be re-opened on May 28^th, 2020, at 18:00 UTC.
The distribution will also happen on or before May 28th.
