Note Systems is launching onchain structured notes on tokenized stocks. You pick a name like TSLA, then you sit on one of two sides.
How does the protocol works?
It starts with COUPON. It’s for people holding USDG. All you need to do right now is deposit dollars and collect a coupon each official close the stock stays above a barrier. SHIELD is for people holding the stock token. You post the shares, prefund the coupons, and buy crash protection without selling the name. The protocol is live on Robinhood Chain testnet. Series already run on AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, META, MSFT, AMZN, HOOD, and COIN. The site is showing live books in the millions of test USDG. Public fundraising is not the headline.
The Note Systems Campaign
First, Note Systems opened a one-week creator contest with a $5,000 pool for nine winners. You write a thread or article on X about the protocol, tag @notesystems and $NOTE, then drop the link in Discord in the writing-contest channel.
Second, the testnet points loop. Points accrue each day a deposit stays active. Size and hold time set the base. Streaks grow when the note holds the barrier: 1.5x at 3, 2.5x at 6, 5x at 12, plus a Diamond Note NFT at 12.
Users are simply required to connect, claim test tokens, open Coupon or Shield, use Desk and Bonds, then try Buyback, Governance, and Stake after $NOTE vests.

Step-by-step guide to get your rewards
1. Open the site and set up your profile
- Go to Note System webpage.
- Connect your wallet, scroll down, and finish the profile.
- X and Discord linking comes later for extra tracking.
2. Open the Note app and connect again
- Stay on the app and connect the same wallet.
- Confirm you are on Robinhood Chain testnet.
3. Request test tokens
- Use the in-app faucet for mock USDG, stock tokens, and legs.
- Grab test ETH from the Robinhood testnet faucet if gas is missing.
4. Pick a stock
- Open a live series. TSLA is the example link, but any listed name works.
- Read the barrier and coupon before you click.
5. Open a Coupon position
- Select Coupon.
- Enter the USDG size and confirm.
- You’ll earn a daily display points while the deposit stays live, if the barrier holds.
6. Open a Shield position
- Select Shield.
- Enter the stock size and confirm the trade.
- The other leg of the note, plus streak credit if observations clear.
7. Deposit on the Desk
- Open Desk.
- Deposit test USDG into the vault.
- Desk exposure across unmatched notes, still scored as a live deposit.
8. Buy a Bond
- Open Bonds and buy.
- $NOTE vests for 1 day before you can use Buyback, Governance, or Stake.
- You’ll get a vesting $NOTE on testnet. Not instant spendable tokens.
9. Use Buyback if you hold $NOTE
- After the vest, open Buyback.
- Sell $NOTE there if you want to test that module.
10. Lock $NOTE in Governance
- Open Governance.
- Lock tokens so you can vote.
11. Stake $NOTE
- After you receive $NOTE, deposit it into staking.
- You’ll get credited a test sNOTE position. Rewards follow the live fee flow, not a promised APY.
12. Enter the writing contest
- Publish a thread or article on X about Note Systems.
- Tag @notesystems and $NOTE.
- Paste the link in Discord, channel writing-contest:
- A shot at the $5,000 pool with eight other winners if judges pick you.
